Shipping Policy - Equi Alert

Welcome to Equi Alert! We strive to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle shipping.

 

Shipping for The Netherlands 

- Standard Shipping:  1-2 business days (Price depending on product)

- Express Shipping: 1 business day (Price on request)

- Free Shipping: 1-2 business days (On all orders above €250,- inc. VAT) 

 

International Shipping:

- Standard International Shipping: 1-5 business days (Depending on country)

- Express International Shipping: 1-3 business days (Depending on country)

Order Processing Time 

- Orders are processed within 1 business day after the order is placed.

- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Restrictions

- We ship to most locations worldwide. However, some remote areas may have limited shipping options or additional charges. Please send request to customer@equialert.com.

- Certain products may be restricted in specific countries due to regulations or customs restrictions.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

- International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.

Tracking Your Order

- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

- Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

- Please report any damages to the packaging or products within 2 days of receiving your order.

 

Changes to Shipping Address

- If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact customer@equialert.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the change, but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible if the order has already been processed.
