How to place my order?

Choose the right product for you, press "buy now" and you are almost ready. Fill in all the details and complete the payment. Your order is now succesfull!

Can I changer or cancel my order?

How do I know if my order is succesful?

You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Do I get an invoice?

Please contact customer@equialert.com to request an invoice. Make sure to complete all details for your request.

What are the shipment costs?

Shipping to the Netherlands is free! Other shipments will be calculated at the checkout.

What are the delivery times?

All shipments within the Netherlands will be delivered the next day after placing order. Shipment to other countries will take 1-5 working days.

How can i track my order?

After placing the order you will receive a track & trace code by email.
